Actually she's an art thieve, none of her pics is actually hers, but stolen and they belong to other authors.

It really belongs to , as you can see texting the art style.
The original Starscream picture is pretty old (2002), so it isn't available in Makotron's gallery. Therefore, in order to report it, the original stuff can be found here:

You can see the original signature on Screamer's wing, and you also can see the mark on the low-right corner is a fake.

Pichu900 has been warned, but instead saying something, she's hidding our coments on her board, as you can see all those "hide coments".

Having this, the report can be done. Lately, DA's moderators are being pretty lazy, thus as much people report this, as much better it will be.
